The scope

A tool for a specific need.

Knowing whether a service responds is a useful starting point. Service pulse sets up pilot monitoring for agreed checks: availability tests, clear statuses and appropriate notifications. The engagement covers configuration and handover, with monitoring limits clearly described.

Who it can help

For an accessible web service or business tool where you want a first view of availability.

What is included

  • Define the checks
  • Set up agreed monitoring
  • A simple status view
  • Alert channel agreed in the proposal
  • Interpretation and operations guide

What is handed over

  • A documented monitoring setup
  • A status view and agreed alerts
  • A monitoring handover guide
Agree before starting

The starting price covers setup, not an on-call team or continuous human supervision. No availability guarantee is made. Subscriptions and recurring support are agreed separately.

A common question

Does this include around-the-clock assistance?

No. Contact hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, Paris time. Any dedicated support arrangement requires a separate agreement.

Four stages of delivery

Understand your context, agree a written scope, build and verify the selected workflows, then hand over the materials and documentation. Reviews and timing are set out in the proposal.

A specific need deserves a first conversation.

Tell us what you want to simplify. We will review the need, a possible scope and the next steps.
