Enquiries and orders
The contact form sends an enquiry and does not conclude a contract. You can withdraw or change an enquiry before written agreement. For an accepted project, send a cancellation request promptly in writing with the proposal reference.
Right of withdrawal
When a distance or off-premises consumer service contract gives this right, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from contract conclusion. It can be exercised without giving a reason through a clear declaration or the model below.
Applicable rights depend on the contract and mandatory rules. The fact that software is made for one customer does not, by itself, remove a service-contract withdrawal right.
Starting before the period ends
Starting before the withdrawal period ends requires the consumer's express request on a durable medium. A proportionate amount for work actually performed may be due only where statutory conditions and information requirements have been met.
Losing the right for a fully performed service requires the prior consents and information required by law. Digital content may have separate conditions. Sending the enquiry form is not treated as a waiver.
Exercising the right
Send a clear declaration to business@oryvantsoftware.tech or by post to ORYVANT, 16 rue de Tourvielle, 69005 Lyon, France. Identify the contract and include information needed to locate it. Keep evidence of sending.
Download the model declaration.
Refunds and contractual cancellation
A refund due for a valid withdrawal is made within the statutory fourteen-day period after ORYVANT is informed, using the original payment method unless another no-cost method is expressly accepted. Amounts lawfully due for early performance are handled under applicable rules.
After the period, or for contracts without a withdrawal right, cancellation depends on agreed terms and mandatory rights. A blanket nonrefundable rule does not replace this assessment.
