Digital delivery
The services presented are software services. Agreed items are delivered through a secure channel, repository, link or client environment specified in the proposal. Physical equipment shipping is not included by default.
What is handed over
The proposal lists deliverables, files, access, documentation and associated rights. Source-code handover or environment access requires an explicit provision. Documentation helps with the agreed materials and does not promise unlimited support.
Timing and review
Timing is agreed after reviewing requirements and dependencies. Website durations are reference points. Review arrangements, feedback and included corrections are specified before agreement. Scope changes are addressed separately.
Access and responsibilities
Accounts, secrets and permissions are shared through appropriate channels. The client retains control of its accounts where agreed. Before production work, responsibilities, backups and deployment arrangements are defined.
Support after delivery
Included getting-started support and correction periods are defined in the proposal. Maintenance, ongoing hosting, monitoring and on-call arrangements require a separate agreement. Contact hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, Paris time.
International clients
Remote projects can serve France, the European Union and other countries. Working language, data requirements, contractual constraints and any travel are reviewed before commitment.
