Who are the services for?
Businesses, independent professionals, associations and project owners. Every enquiry is reviewed for its needs, contractual framework and feasibility.
Do you work outside France?
Yes. Projects can be delivered remotely for clients in France, the European Union and other countries. Language, data and contractual requirements are reviewed before agreement.
What does the From price mean?
It is a starting price for a defined pilot scope. The proposal specifies deliverables, the total price and any external costs before commitment. Timing and price depend on the requirements.
Does the enquiry form place an order?
No. It sends an enquiry. Submitting it does not create a payment or a contractual commitment. Work begins after written agreement on the proposal.
Are licences and hosting included?
Only when explicitly listed in the proposal. Third-party tools, AI usage, domains and subscriptions are identified separately where needed.
What should I prepare for the first conversation?
A description of the work to simplify, the people involved and the desired outcome is enough. Avoid passwords, technical secrets and sensitive personal data in the form.
When can we contact you?
Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, Paris time. Messages received outside these hours are handled during contact hours.
What is handed over at the end?
The agreed deliverables, access and getting-started documentation. Usage rights, source handover and support terms are specified in the agreement.
