Data controller
ORYVANT, 16 rue de Tourvielle, 69005 Lyon, France, is responsible for data used to handle enquiries addressed to the studio. For questions or rights requests: business@oryvantsoftware.tech.
Data and purposes
The form collects your name, email address, selected service and project description. Your organisation's name is optional. These details help us understand your enquiry, reply and prepare a proposal. Required fields are marked in the form.
The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, request date and logs to provide and secure the website. Do not send passwords, technical secrets or sensitive personal data through this form.
Legal bases
Project enquiries are processed to take precontractual steps requested by the person concerned, where applicable. Professional correspondence, enquiry organisation and security may rely on legitimate interests with regard to individual rights. Accounting and other legal obligations rely on applicable law.
The policy acknowledgment is not marketing permission. The form does not subscribe you to an advertising list.
Recipients and providers
Information is available to authorised people at ORYVANT and providers needed for hosting, form processing and email correspondence. Netlify provides hosting and form handling with relevant subprocessors, including spam filtering. Messages may also be sent to the email service configured by ORYVANT.
Retention
For an enquiry that does not lead to a contract, ORYVANT sets a limited retention period of twelve months after the exchange is closed, unless a justified need or legal obligation applies. Relevant copies in forms and email are covered by deletion. This website does not promise an automatic deletion feature.
Contracted-project data is retained as needed for the agreement and, where applicable, evidence and legal obligations. Accounting documents are retained for their applicable statutory period.
Transfers and security
Netlify and some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Safeguards depend on the provider and processing, including standard contractual clauses or another applicable transfer mechanism. See Netlify's privacy information and data processing agreement.
Access and data are limited to what the enquiry needs. Confidential project data requires a separately agreed channel and conditions.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability. Send your request to our contact email and identify the right concerned. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary.
You can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL. ORYVANT responds within the time limits set by applicable law.
Browser storage
The website uses no advertising measurement or audience-analytics tool. A presentation setting in browser session storage distinguishes the initial introduction from short page transitions. It is not sent to ORYVANT and expires when the tab session ends. Our storage policy explains it.
