Illustrative visual: Equipment and history
An illustrative scene of the need — deliverables are defined in your proposal.
The scope

A tool for a specific need.

An equipment collection is easier to understand when each item has a consistent record. Asset register organises an agreed catalogue, useful fields and history. QR identification can make records easier to open from a browser. This is a software register, not a connected sensor system.

Who it can help

For internal devices, tools or equipment that need identification and an ongoing record.

What is included

  • Equipment record model
  • Catalogue and search
  • Import an agreed data file
  • Identification and QR labels agreed in the proposal
  • Change history

What is handed over

  • An equipment register within the defined scope
  • A data model and export
  • A catalogue management guide
Agree before starting

Sensors, physical terminals, label printing and travel are not included in the software starting price. Volumes and data migration are agreed in the proposal.

A common question

Can we start from an existing file?

Yes, after reviewing its structure and quality. The proposal specifies imported data, retained fields and any preparation work.

Four stages of delivery

Understand your context, agree a written scope, build and verify the selected workflows, then hand over the materials and documentation. Reviews and timing are set out in the proposal.

A specific need deserves a first conversation.

Tell us what you want to simplify. We will review the need, a possible scope and the next steps.
